The SimClinic DS 200 simulator was developed as an affordable option for therapists who need to address driving-related issues in their practices. Packed with clinician-oriented features, the DS 200 includes powerful tools that help therapists exercise and measure physical functioning, cognition and vision of their clients. Useful in a wide variety of applications, the DS 200 uses powerful SimClinic software and incorporates many of the capabilities of SimClinic’s full-scale research simulators but without the full automotive cab.

DS 250W

Our Most Advanced Clinical Driving Simulator with Wheelchair Adaptability

The SimClinic DS 250W simulator was developed to assist therapists in measuring and treating ambulatory and wheelchair patients with driving-relates issues. It features a removable seat base and motorized lift to accommodate any size wheelchair. It comes with a full set of hand controls, a spinner knob, and an integrated left foot accelerator pedal. Driving rehabilitation specialists use the DS 250W and its extensive library of SimClinic therapeutic and assessment driving scenarios to enhance their clinical and on-the-road methods. We use our simulator to screen, test and assess every patient, and we use it in all phases of rehabilitation. With a simulator, we get patients comfortable with scenarios that would otherwise cause anxiety and then transition them to real driving once they’ve developed confidence.
